Saturday, April 25th Sell your unwanted stuff with us! To get your garage involved, click Contact Us and provide your address and phone number. Big sales draw more shoppers! Free ads will be posted on Craigslist and KTAR.com. Arroyo Rojo is providing $50, which pays for 2 days in the Arizona Republic and some sign materials. The difference, if any, will be split between particpants. It doesn’t get any cheaper than that! To top it off, neighbors will help neighbors by having a list of addresses with items available for shoppers looking for something specific. Let’s make some money!

Santa will be arriving in our neighborhood on Friday, December 19th, at the corner of Monona and 10th Street. He will be listening to your holiday wishes from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. The only thing he requests is that you bring a non perishable food item for St. Vincent de Paul's food pantry. Until Santa comes, "Be Good for Goodness Sake." |

Sunday, December 21st would be a great date to set out your holiday luminaries. You can place them on your sidewalk or in your front yard. This is a great way to meet your neighbors. Spend some time wandering the streets among the lights and talking to neighbors.
Luminaries are easy to make. Place several inches of sand in a bag and set a votive candle in the sand. If you are crafty you can cut holiday shapes in the bags. The candles will usually burn for several hours. |
