 Santa will be arriving in our neighborhood on Friday, December 19th, at the corner of Monona and 10th Street. He will be listening to your holiday wishes from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. The only thing he requests is that you bring a non perishable food item for St. Vincent de Paul's food pantry. Until Santa comes, "Be Good for Goodness Sake." |

Sunday, December 21st would be a great date to set out your holiday luminaries. You can place them on your sidewalk or in your front yard. This is a great way to meet your neighbors. Spend some time wandering the streets among the lights and talking to neighbors.
Luminaries are easy to make. Place several inches of sand in a bag and set a votive candle in the sand. If you are crafty you can cut holiday shapes in the bags. The candles will usually burn for several hours. |
