Newsletter Committee
The Newsletter Committee will plan, organize, publish and distribute a quarterly newsletter that is distributed to all homes in the community. The newsletter will be within budget including any advertising sales. The purpose of the newsletter is to inform, encourage and involve our neighbors by sharing information.
Design Review Committee
The Design Committee is charged to review all requests for changes to properties in the neighborhood. This committee will also be proactive in recommending improvements to the neighborhood.
Internet Technologies (IT) Committee
The IT Committee will develop, maintain and keep current the community website. They will also gather neighbor's emails to facilitate distribution of information. This committee will work with the Newsletter and other committees to make the newsletter and other information available to the neighborhood.
Social Committee
The Social Committee will plan, organize and execute 2-3 annual neighborhood events. The purpose is to create activities that will involve our neighbors in activities that will create community awareness and interaction with our neighbors.
Nominating Committee
The Nominating Committee will encourage, recruit and nominate neighborhood volunteers to the Board of Directors. The committee will make nominations in accordance with the HOA bylaws prior to the Annual Membership meeting.
Block Watch Committee
The Block Watch Committee will work with the City of Phoenix Neighborhood Watch Program to incorporate the program into our neighborhood. The Committee will establish Block Captains throughout the community to serve as representatives of the community in welcoming new residents, encouraging neighborhood involvement, and distributing information.
